21st Century Cures Act Health Reimbursement Arrangement

Signed into law December 13, 2016 the 21st Century Cures Act includes a provision allowing small businesses to reimburse individual health insurance premiums using a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).

Presenter Mark Schmersahl, Vice President of BeneFLEX HR Resources, Inc. and Board of Directors for the Employer Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC) will discuss the criteria required to qualify for the Small Employer HRA, features of the new plan, and how this new law may benefit you and your clients.
