Group Health Plan Coverage of Benefits for Gender Dysphoria

This presentation will review the historical and current legal requirements related to group health plan coverage of services for treatment of gender dysphoria. Specific topics will include considerations related to:

  • ERISA
  • ACA Section 1557
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the
  • Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act
